WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Bracelets should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
All of our items are made and shipped from within the USA.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a return or replacement.
